Returns and Exchanges
All items purchased on SimpleKool are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns/exchanges unless the item is defective.
If there is an issue with the product (design or garment flaw), SimpleKool (we) will replace the new product to customers at no additional charge. We require a clear photo of the product from customers to confirm the issue. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the below information:
- photos of damaged/defective products
- your order number(s) (was sent to your email after checkout)
Notice: We do not require the product(s) to be returned. We will be responsible for shipping costs when replacing (re-ship) the damaged/defective product(s) to our customers.
